        Shipping and Delivery


        All Wheels Mobility accepts order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In stock products delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 3 – 10 business days, depending on delivery location and product availability. Other items may take 6-10 business days.

        Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Some shipping methods have their own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

        We deliver most of our orders via UPS, FedEx or Freight Carrier, which require a valid phone number to ensure delivery.

        After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during Checkout (if applicable) and the location of your shipping address. Most larger items are delivered by freight companies which require a Monday through Friday delivery only.

        Debit Cards: We are unable to ship orders placed by debit card to an alternate address. However, you may use your debit card when paying by Google Checkout. Google Checkout allows you to use your debit card to ship to an alternate address.

        We thank you in advance for your patience. This process allows us to prevent fraud and provide our customers with the highest possible level of security.

        1. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

        2. Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for all oversized items shipping via a freight trucking company. These items cannot be expedited.

        An Oversized Item that is sent via a freight trucking company will usually arrive to your designated shipping address within 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Most Oversized Items leave the warehouse within seven full business days. (An estimate of when a product leaves the warehouse is indicated on the Product Detail page.) Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

        The delivery company will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window. Typically, there will be a minimum of a four-hour timeframe for the delivery and an adult must be available to accept, inspect, and sign-for the delivery.

        The item will be delivered to your designated shipping address. The freight delivery company is not responsible for unloading the item from the truck or carrying the item into the building.

        Your package is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend that you have someone with you to help unload the item from the truck. The total charge does not include inside delivery, removal of cartons, or assembly.

        When your order is delivered you should immediately inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging as well as the contents of the package. It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if damage did occur follow these steps:

        1. Accept the package, but make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt, sign and date it. The delivery person should also sign the slip and leave a copy for your records. Contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately by email orders@allwheelsmobility.com. Please have your order number available when you call.

        2. If there is extensive damage to the carton, contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately by email orders@allwheelsmobility.com.  

        Return | Refund and Warranty Policy

        All Wheels Mobility values customer service. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we offer a 10-day refund with a 20% restocking fee. Customers are encouraged to inspect your product upon delivery.

        Please review the below conditions so that we may qualify your return:

        • Customers must email returns@allwheelsmobility.com including order information or call 1-888-988-5068 to obtain a Return Manufacturer’s Authorization Number (RMA #).
        • To receive a refund or credit, items must be returned within 10 days of original shipment date.
        • Shipping cost for returned items are at the customer's expense.
        • Returned products must be in selling condition as new, in it's original packaging and include all parts.
        • Shipping for items qualifying for free shipping will be deducted from remaining credit of eligible refund item. 
        • Expedited or White Glove Delivery shipping will not be refunded.
        • Credits will be granted upon inspection of the returned product(s). 
        • Custom orders and assembly fees if applicable, are non-refundable. 
        • If unit is shipped back please note:
          • The product must be packaged carefully and clearly marked with an RMA # so that a credit can be processed accurately. Improper packaging may cause shipping damage to the product being returned. This will impact the amount of credit to be refunded. All damaged parts or units must be replaced and/or repaired at the sender’s expense.
        • Please be aware that shipping charges can be quite expensive for Oversized Items. Follow these steps to return an Oversized Item:

          1. If you have assembled the product, dissemble it before shipment using the original protective packaging materials.

          2. Contact a Customer Service Specialist at returns@allwheelsmobility.com  for instructions on arranging a freight delivery pickup for your items. Please have your customer ID number located on your packing list available when you call.

          3. You must be present at the location and time of pickup. All packaged item(s) must be at the front door for the freight driver.

          4. To receive a refund or credit, items must be returned within 15 days of original shipment date.

          5. Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.

        Warranty for Recreational Scooters

        Three Year Limited Warranty

        Three (3) years from the date of purchase on all structural frame components, seat post and frame.

        One Year Limited Warranty

        One (1) Year from the date of purchase, if any part or electronic component of the scooter is found upon examination to be defective in material and/or workmanship, it will be replaced at Ewheels discretion.

        Two Month Warranty

        Two (2) Months from the date of purchase on the batteries. Batteries are subject to a stringent wear and tear clause. Any battery faults due to a manufacturing defect will become obvious within the first two months of use. Any gradual deterioration in performance after this period is normal and associated with fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage and as such is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

        One Month Warranty

        One (1) Month from the date of purchase on the scooter’s charger. ​​


        Service and Labor Costs

        Unless previously authorized, service calls and labor costs are NOT included or covered under any warranty. The purchaser is responsible for the delivery to the authorized repair facility. Satisfactory proof of purchase is always required for warranty service. Please contact EWheels directly for any assistance in locating a service provider or to make a warranty claim. 

        Consumable Items

        Consumable items which may need replacing due to normal wear and tear like tires, tubes, lights, chains, upholstery and seating, brakes and brake pads, cables, fuses, buttons, shrouds and covers.

        Damage, Accidental Damage and Misuse

        Damaged caused by: battery fluid spillage or leakage, abuse, misuse, accident, negligence, improper operation, excessive loading, maintenance, storage, acts of God, commercial use, or use other than normal, extreme riding, modifications and alterations.  

        Second Hand Owners and Reselling

        No warranty will be offered or honored for second hand owners. The warranty is exclusively offered to the original purchaser.
