As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. We will have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
A customer service representative will confirm product availability for immediate shipment from our suppliers.
If your item(s) are on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 5 business days from the date of your order.
Tracking information will be sent within 24 at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 6 business days of your order, please email email@example.com or call 1-866-655-7655 for an order status.
Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or Canada
Most items may be shipped to PR, AK, HI or Canada for an additional surcharge. Freight quotes will be provided via email or over the phone if possible. The total shipping cost of your order is based on the weight of the total order and delivery service.
We regret that we are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses at this time. We deliver most of our orders via UPS, FedEx or Freight Companies, which at this time do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO's, or FPO's, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.
At this time, we do not ship Internationally.
