Returns Policy

 At All Wheels Mobility, our goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied and need to return an item, please review the Return Policy and instructions below for your return. Damages:

 

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any defects or damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please call 1-866-655-7655 to request a Return Authorization number and email photos to returns@allwheelsmobility.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Please include your order number, name and the item number you are returning.

 

All returns must be requested and shipped back within the general 30 day return window or a credit will not be issued.

 

PLEASE NOTE: All returned products require a Return Authorization number. Returns received without this number will not be credited. Products returned without an RA number will not be credited. To receive full credit, items must be shipped within 14 days from the day the RA Number and shipping information were provided by All Wheels Mobility. Please include your order number, name and the item number you are returning.

 

Cancellations & Returns & Refunds:

 

All orders cancelled after 48hrs are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.

 

All eligible returns are subject to a 15-30% restocking fee depending on the supplier.

 

You (the buyer) are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We highly recommend insuring larger items for their retail value to protect against shipping damage.

 

All returnable items must be in its original packaging and in new condition. If the unit is damaged upon return, All Wheels Mobility has the right to exceed the 30% restocking fee or mark the item non-returnable. If the item is marked non-returnable, we will contact the purchaser and arrange shipping back to the original shipment address. You will be responsible for shipping fees to return the item back.

 

All accessories and chargers included in the product's box must be returned.

 

For hygienic reasons, the following products are non-returnable.

-All Bath equipment

 

Custom-made products by the manufacture are non-returnable.

 

Please allow up to 4 weeks for your credit to be issues to the original credit card or payment method that you used when placing your order.
