- Will I receive confirmation and tracking information for my order?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This ensures we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
A customer service representative will confirm product availability for immediate shipment from our suppliers.
- You will receive tracking information to the email provided at checkout, as soon as your purchase leaves the warehouse.
- How long does it take to ship once I place an order?
- Our system immediately processes orders following a fraud protection verification. Your order details are scanned through an authentication software to validate the authorization of the sale. This ensures you and All Wheels Mobility against fraudulent purchases and potential identity theft. Once your details are given the green light, we notify the supplier to ship your purchase.
- Depending on the manufacturer, shipment can occur within 24-48 hours and you should receive your purchase within 5-7 business days.
- If your purchase is out of stock or on backorder, you have the right to cancel your order. Payment capture does not occur until after the fraud protection check and the supplier verifies the item is in stock.
- What if I have a warranty issue?
- Your warranty is with the manufacturer which will include the information in the shipment of your purchase. However, you are a customer of All Wheels Mobility and we will be your advocate as a first line of defense. Please contact us with any issues you may have so that we may try to provide you top notch customer service to resolve the matter.
- How do I return an item?
- At AllWheelsMobility.com, our goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied and need to return an item, please review the Return|Refund Policy tab via the product page of your purchase. This tab is contains specific requirements per manufacture. - Please note- Most suppliers charge anywhere between 15-30% restocking fee and an administration fee. Also, customers are responsible for return shipping.
